What the request should cover

Empty pallets, packaging, freestanding shelving, ordinary obsolete equipment, and non-hazardous contents can be assessed. Chemicals, compressed cylinders, batteries, liquids, unknown material, and connected machinery require another handling decision.

Prepare the site

Freeze the removal list, mark items to keep, preserve required aisle and exit clearance, document dock rules, and identify any material that needs environmental or safety review.
