Build a Commercial Estimate Brief

Tucson · Commercial removal

A useful estimate brief describes the actual load and the route it must travel. It does not need polished prose.

1. Inventory the load

Count large items by type. Summarize boxes and smaller contents by room or zone. Photograph unusually heavy, oversized, connected, or damaged pieces.

2. Map the route

Record stairs, elevators, dock reservations, door widths, gates, parking, floor protection, carry distance, and any active customer or staff path.

3. Separate exceptions

Pull out records, data-bearing devices, leased equipment, chemicals, liquids, batteries, lamps, cylinders, food waste, and unknown material for a separate decision.

4. Name the handoff

Provide the desired completion date, the property’s usable loading window, and the person who can approve scope changes. A request is not booked until the provider confirms it.
